General conditions
Arrivals and departures
- The stay begins at 3.30 pm on the day of arrival and ends at 9.30 am on the day of departure.
- In the months of April,June and September free arrival day, while in the second half of June,July and August the rentals are weekly from Saturday to Saturday.
- Upon check-in, guests must show a valid ID.
Deposit and security deposit
- The reservation of the stay must be confirmed with the payment of a deposit equal to 30% of the amount of the stay (minimum € 250) and the balance must be paid upon arrival at the time of check-in.
- The apartments cannot be occupied by a number of people (including children) greater than the number of beds indicated in all correspondence.
- The mandatory security deposit is € 200 per apartment and € 300 for the New York penthouse and will be returned upon departure, after verification of the apartment and equipment. The Management has the right to withhold further damage and further cleaning from the security deposit.

Supplements
Tourist tax € 0.80 per person per day up to a maximum of 7 nights, free for children up to 12 years
Obligatory final cleaning:

Paid services on request:
- Secure parking € 7 per day
- Espresso coffee machine € 10.00 per week (to be requested at the time of booking)
- Daily / weekly rearrangement (to be agreed with the management)
- Extra beds from € 30 to € 50 per day (each)
- 4-legged friends welcome! Small/medium sized pets are allowed (one per flat), to be notified at the time of booking and the fee is € 5 per day.

Cancellation conditions
In case of cancellation of the reservation at least 60 days before the day of arrival, the Management grants the possibility to use the deposit paid for another stay during the year. The confirmatory deposit is not refunded (ex 1385 c.c.).
